Paul my change...Hi, Thanks for the above comments.<br /><br />Paul my changes to my diet are going well. My main change is now doing my long runs without breakfast and with no fuel during. My body and mind seem to adapted to this really well. I will maybe expand on this is a future post.<br /><br />Yes, Steve, the enjoyment aspect as to at the cornerstone of training and racing, as enjoyment influences so much.<br /><br />Jonny, thanks for the great race on Sunday, and your well written race report. I wish my race reports could be as concise as yours. With regards to resolving the 'what if' from last weeks race, how about racing the Endurancelife Sussex coastal Trail Marathon at the end of the month and we can battle again over 26 miles.
